Clients find a salon, compare prices and reviews, and book a free slot in a few clicks. Salon owners get a calendar, staff shifts, client records, discounts, reports, and automatic SMS and Viber reminders. Figures: 500+ salons, 50,000+ clients, 100,000+ bookings (as published by diTactic Media). Role: engineering partner, with diTactic Media.
- [AgencyOS](https://meet-agencyos.ditactic.media/) (Agencies): An operating system for marketing and creative agencies across the region. Everything hangs off the contract: tasks, time tracking, fiscally correct invoices, automatic bank statement matching, costs, and profitability per client. Nineteen automated jobs run every day, roles are built from 55 permissions, and two-factor sign-in is mandatory. Role: engineering partner, with diTactic Media.
- TOMA (Sport): A tennis organisation and ranking platform that grew to more than 250,000 players. At its centre is a ranking engine that applies over twenty rules; around it are the tournament workflows, from sign-ups and draws to the order of play and live scores, together with player profiles and social features. The practice gets a complete patient base, records with templates per specialty, tidy documentation, automatic SMS and Viber reminders, team and shift management, and reports. - [Podsjetnik.ba](https://podsjetnik.ba/) (Messaging infrastructure): Sends reminders and transactional messages over Viber, WhatsApp, e-mail and SMS. Used through a simple application, or wired into an existing system through the API and webhooks. Scheduled and event-driven messages, personalised templates, and a delivery status for every message. - Putujmo.ba (Travel): A travel marketing platform.
- Sarajevo Transport Planner (Public transport): A planner for public transport in Sarajevo. The schedules prepared for it went into Google Transit.
